MARQUEE HIRE
A&E Marquees Ltd specializes in the hire of quality clearspan aluminium framed marquees & tents, which do not require ropes or poles offering the ultimate in strength, space and convenience.

Our main stock consists of 9m, 6m & 4m (30ft, 20ft & 13ft) wide ‘Party Frame’ marquees which extend in bays of 3m (10ft) and highlight pagodas 4x4m (13x13ft); windows are included wherever possible for light & visual effect.

Some events may require marquees with a greater span or a classic traditional style, all of which we can hire in through reputable suppliers.

MARQUEE SALES
As a result of our extensive experience within the marquee industry we are able to supply new and second hand marquees for sale.

We also offer a full range of support services including labour, transport, storage, cleaning, maintenance and stock control.

INTERIORS
All our marquees have the option of ‘Ivory Pleated Linings’ which will transform and enhance the interior of any marquee. Coupled with lighting the possibilities and effects are endless.

The beauty of ivory is that it provides the perfect back drop for any colour scheme, to suit corporate or private themes, whether it’s flowers, decorations or table settings.

FLOORING
There are various options and uses for Marquee flooring.

‘Parquet Dance Floor’ as the name suggests, is ideal for dancing, but also has the versatility when a solid and aesthetically pleasing floor is required.
It comes in 3x3ft panels.

‘Gridmat’ hard plastic flooring consists of tiles which clip together and are durable, non slip, ideal for pedestrian, wheelchair and car access. Suitable for a wide range of relatively even surfaces, liquids drain through it and it allows grass to breath.

Carpet is used extensively throughout the event & exhibition industry. As standard we use ‘Anthracite Grey’ which works best for marquees, but it is available in a wide range of colours, which come in 4x50m rolls. Our suppliers fully recycle all used carpet which is a new development within the industry.

Wooden flooring with timber or scaffold sub frame has the ability to cover almost any terrain.

FURNITURE
There are a wide range of furniture options for marquees and events usually based on style and functionality.

Round tables are ideal for seating guests at your event from 5ft & 5ft 6in for more formal functions seating 8-10 guests to 3ft for a more casual affair seating 4 guests.

6ft trestle tables are rectangular and are very versatile often used for top tables, banquet style arrangements, buffets, bars and your caterers will always require a few.

All the tables have folding or removable legs.

Wooden banqueting chairs with cushions are most popular for formal events and usually come in gold, but more colour options are becoming available.

Resin bistro chairs are ideal for most indoor or outdoor events and come in green or white; also available are 3ft round tables as a set.

Folding ‘Samsonite’ chairs are tough, durable & functional, often used for conference & theatre style seating arrangements.

All the furniture is stackable for easy storage.

SOUND & LIGHTING
Lighting options are limitless, ranging from the standard chandeliers, uplighters & striplights, to modern LED lighting effects and complete intergrated sound & lighting packages. We would be more than happy to discuss your requirements and design a package for your event.

STAGING
‘Steal Deck’ & ‘Metro Deck’ staging systems come in 8x4ft & 2x1m sections respectively and in various heights and configurations to suit you event.

HEATING
Marquee heaters with thermostats provide an easy and effective way to heat your marquee or event at any time of year.

TOILETS & WASHROOMS
Toilet trailers are available in a luxury or standard style whichever is most suitable for your event; since they are self contained all they require is a power supply.

Individual ‘Portaloos’ are very practical for most events.

REFRIGERATION
Refrigeration trailers are essential for most events; probably required by your caterers for food and for chilling drinks.
